The headquarters of Paseo de Las Canteras hosts today Friday 25 and tomorrow Saturday 26 'Bibliogaming', an initiative that comes from the hand of Inexus Arena and allows you to enjoy different video games, from the classic Arcade for the most nostalgic, to the latest e-Sports.
Access to the activity, part of the summer programme of the Municipal Network of Libraries, "Ola de letras", will be free until full capacity is reached.
The capital's coliseum will host a gala on 29 September, starting at 20:00, which will showcase the creations of seven dancers and choreographers from the island.
The initiative will take place at the Pepe Dámaso Cultural Centre from 11 September to 5 October.

The training will take place from 23 to 27 October at the Pérez Galdós Theatre where on the 28th, at 12:00 noon, the work carried out by the participants will be presented to the public.
The concerts, part of the second edition of LPA Groove Summer, will be held on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th August in the José Antonio Ramos Auditorium in Doramas Park.

The Mozambican dancers Fenias Nhumaio and Deissane Machava will perform at Casa África on the 5th of October, at 8:00 pm, the piece by choreographer Asier Zabaleta entitled "Otempodiz".
The organisation collaborates with the Festival through the MASDANZA X Casa África programme, which aims to give visibility to creators from the neighbouring continent.
The festival reaches its final stretch with eight performances that, from Thursday to Saturday, will take place between Stagno Square, Miller Square and the Guiniguada Theater.
The agenda reserves two local premieres for its last week.
Tickets for the shows held in the cultural hall of Parque Santa Catalina and the capital's coliseum are on sale at a price of 8 euros for adults and 3 euros for children up to 12 years of age.

The Boluda Corporación Marítima terminal will once again host the traditional concert that will take place at its facilities next Saturday, July 15, at 10:00 p.m.

The productions of Dorado Producciones, Escena Creativa, Bypass Teatro and Aerial Circo de Lanzarote will be part of the next Festival to be held from 6 to 23 July.
On 27, 28 and 29 April and 4, 5 and 6 May, the cultural space will host a concert that will bring together forty musicians on stage, the singers Fasur Rodríguez, Lucía Viera, Samuel Guedes, Rubén Pérez and Nereida Peña, the choristers Carla Vega, Tarahis María Pestana and Lucía Martín and a corps de ballet made up of six dancers.

The Governing Board of the Consistory approves an award that will mean an increase from the 440,000 euros per year of the current budget of the training entity to 695,500 euros over the next 3 years.
The exhibition will remain open until 10 May, from 10:00 to 14:00 hours from Monday to Friday and from 17:00 to 20:00 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays it will also be open from 11:00 to 14:00, as well as on the first Sunday of the month during the same hours.

Launch of "La Biblioteca se mueve", a new service for requesting books by telephone
Talented pianists, including professionals, students and spontaneous musicians, together with other musicians, will celebrate the fifth edition of "Happy Piano Day" in nine different venues in the city, on board a bus and on an interactive keyboard.
The event kicks off at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday 25 March, on the steps of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, with an inaugural session that will mark the start of the programme at 12:00 p.m. simultaneously at the rest of the venues.
At 19:15 hours, in the Plaza de diputado Eduardo Suárez Morales in La Puntilla, a triple closing concert of JapoSpain, by Satomi Morimoto and María Dolores Gaitán, the Youth Choir of the OFGC and Nauzet Mederos and, finally, the Cuban pianist Roberto Carcassés and the voice of Virginia Guantanamera, will bid farewell to the day.
The deadline to apply for either of the two modalities opens on Monday 6 March and the reception of works will always be done by e-mail.
The film event programmes a 67-minute session that brings together eight titles related to the alliance it maintains with the production and distribution company: the eight Digital 104 prizes awarded in the framework of the Festival.

The music series celebrates its 100th concert and will celebrate it with a special show on 9 April in Doramas Park.
The programme for the first half of the year will bring performances by En-cantadoras, Ordinarius, Camané, Maruja Limón, La Trova, Los Gofiones, Non Trubada, Las Karamba and Araguaney to the José Antonio Ramos Auditorium.
